Arch has /usr/bin/python point to python3 because that OS wants to be a
unique and special snowflake that breaks backwards compatibility.

Unlike the other functions, youcompleteme#EnableCursorMovedAutocommands and youcompleteme#DisableCursorMovedAutocommands are not overwriting. This causes an error if the file is reloaded.

This is now the officialy supported version of libclang for YCM. The
