achieves what previously required UltiSnips#Anon()

Allow use of hasmapto(...) for operator maps
...
The old definitions used <plug>(vimtex-map) in the definition of the
corresponding onoremap, which made it impossible to use hasmapto() to check
whether the <plug>-map was mapped to.
