Registry: cleaner handling of checker redirections.
...
Redirected checkers no longer need to add
"syntax_checkers/<filetype>/*.vim" to &runtimepath.
Parameters "exec" and "enable" to CreateAndRegisterChecker() are now
inherited from the source checker, but can be overridden in the target
if needed.
