adf899f1ba Refcator registry code. 
It is now possible to run checkers for a filetype different than the
filetype of the current file.

dbd761006f Minor feature: auto_loc_list == 3. 
When auto_loc_list == 3 the location list will be opened automatically,
but it won't be closed automatically.

47eabae37d New global option: "shell". 
Undocumented option "bash_hack" is gone.
New function syntastic#util#system(), that sets up the environment and
is now used consistently everywhere.
Unrelated fix for the elixir checker (syntax).

c472ec1396 Feature: extended syntax for quiet_messages. 
If a key in `quiet_messages` is prefixed by an exclamation mark "!", the
corresponding filter is negated.

Also, the "file" key may now be followed by filename modifiers.
