d50e8c0f6b Core: make autocommands aware of buffers. 
Also move "check_on_open" checks to BufEnter.  This allows correct
handling of files that specify a non-default filetype in modelines.

"tsuquyomi" (https://github.com/Quramy/tsuquyomi).

b8bdaa20be Checker nvcc: cleanup. 
- Mark variable g:syntastic_cuda_arch as deprecated.
- Create temporary files in the base directory of the file being
  checked, rather than the current directory.
- Remove temporary files after use.
