Allows '%FILE_PATH%', '%FILE_NAME%' and '%FILE_DIR%' to be used in the
Java custom classpath command to refer to the full file path, the file
basename, and the file directory, respectively.

a728268d73 Bug fix: finding files in parent directories. 
Checkers pc_lint, javac, flow, C compilers: findfile() should start in
the current file's base directory rather than the current directory.

Elixir checker: use the more efficient findfile() instead of
syntastic#util#findInParent().

b609b3bdd3 Checker ghc-mod: attempt to fix filename encodings. 
ghc-mod will always use UTF-8 encoding on output, regardless of the
current encoding.  This is a problem for syntastic because it mangles
the filenames.  The commit below is a (perhaps misguided) attempt to
fix that, by calling iconv() to re-encode output from ghc-mod to Vim's
encoding.

e15ebd3367 Go checker: no longer attempt to redirect output of "go build". 
Running "go build -o /dev/null" in a main package that lives in GOPATH
produces an error message:

build output "/dev/null" already exists and is not an object file

This issue won't be addressed on the Go side:

Consequently, syntastic leaves this to the user to resolve.  Set
g:syntastic_go_go_build_args to something including "-o /some/dir"
to redirect the output of "go build".

4782184020 Security: disable the swift/xcrun checker by default. 
The checker executes the code in your files. This is probably fine if
you wrote the files yourself, but it can be a problem if you're trying
to check third party files. If you are 100% willing to let Vim run the
code in your files, set g:syntastic_enable_swift_xcrun_checker to 1 in
your vimrc.

5359f7f4e1 Python checker: new option g:syntastic_python_python_use_codec (@delfick). 
The new option tells the checket to load the file in memory and look for
a comment line "# coding: <codec>".  If found, the named codec is used
to decode the file before checking.  This makes sense only if said codec
doesn't change the line numbers of the initial file.  An example of such
codec is "spec" provided by the "Nose of Yeti" library:

4dba558288 Remove the avrgcc checker for Arduino. 
According to #1173: "When the Arduino IDE compiles arduino files,
they're not just passed to avr-gcc -- there's some preprocessing that
happens".  This is the template problem, and syntastic doesn't have a
solution for it at this time.

d624e32b9e Erlang: correctly handle additional LibDirs 
The compile function expects a list of paths in the LibDirs parameter,
however when calling erlang_check_file.erl with an additional path (for
example when using the "g:syntastic_erlc_include_path" option), a
string would be passed instead. Because strings in Erlang are lists,
each character of the string would have been interpreted as a lib path.

4aadf589be New postprocess function: guards. 
The new function ensures line numbers in loclists are not beyond end of
buffer.  The implementation is very inefficient, because it loads all
buffers in memory.

`eslint` and `lessc` checkers need this function.

3060c6b2ea Do not expand() shell vars 
This is especially important when testing/using variables that do not
exist, because then a new shell is spawned by Vim.
But since they should be available already in Vim from the (shell) env
there is no point in doing so.

e6bf829beb Fix bad variable initialization 
Previously, non-core users could not use ocamlc as their syntax checker because this check would reset the wrong variable. 
Setting g:syntastic_ocaml_use_ocamlc without core now works as intended.

1d19dff701 Security: disable the elixir checker by default. 
This executes the code your files. This is probably fine if you wrote
the files yourself, but it can be a problem if you're trying to check
third party files. If you are 100% willing to let Vim run the code in
your files, set g:syntastic_enable_elixir_checker to 1 in your vimrc.

bd7e34757d R lint and svtools: fix CWD for Windows. 
On Windows R is run with CWD set to the directory used at install time,
rather than the current directory.  The official workaround for this is
to add links to R from the home directories of each of your projects.
We can't do that in Vim, but we can call `setwd()` to Vim's idea of
current directory.  This mimics the behaviour of R on UNIX.

Between #947, #1114, and #1112, this checker is too controversial to
maintain in syntastic.  Please consider using it as an external checker

02d9f710fb Add syntax checker for Haskell .cabal files 
The syntax checker uses the `cabal check` command to check Haskell
Cabal package descriptions for syntax errors and other potential
problems. Currently, the `cabal check` command does not take a file
argument, so the current working directory must be changed to that
of the package description's before `cabal` can be executed.
Additionally, `cabal check` only issues line numbers for parse errors,
so warnings are arbitrarily assigned to line 1.
