f280ff2220 Disable all go checkers by default. 
The "go" checker is a continuing source of problems for "vim-go", which
is better at this game than syntastic anyway.

de0106e839 JSCS checker: add "--max-errors -1" option. 
Limiting the number of errors causes an error message to be printed to
stderr, which in turn breaks JSON parsing.
