Note that fbterm uses different escape sequences than all the other
256-color terminals listed here, meaning that you must install an fbterm
terminfo entry (one is distributed with the fbterm source) and you must
use TERM=fbterm - using TERM=xterm-256color won't work, and neither will
fbterm's default $TERM setting ("linux").
