92346d2bcc Import order fixes for py3 
The import machinery works differently in py3, so some massaging is in
order.

3cf6fa86f5 Rewrite SetUpPython function 
Do not create YouCompleteMe object if setup failed. Use a try/except
block to prevent backtraces in Vim.
